摘  要:文章对某型汽轮发电机组在试验过程中出现的调节汽阀抖动故障进行了分析和处理,通过对比分析调速控制系统和动态测速仪的转速历史曲线,得出导致调节汽阀抖动的原因,即测速传感器的转速测量产生假信号。经过相应处理后,故障得以消除。在此基础上,对测速传感器的结构、安装方式和调速控制系统的门槛值设置进行了优化改进。The vibration fault of regulating steam valve occurred in the test of a certain type of steam turbine generator set is analyzed and processed.By comparing and analyzing the speed history curves of the speed control system and the dynamic speedometer,the reason leading to the jitter of the regulating steam valve is obtained,that is,the speed measurement of the speed sensor produces false signals.After corresponding treatment,the fault can be eliminated.On this basis,the structure of speed sensor,installation method and threshold setting of speed control system are optimized and improved.
