摘　　要：为解决砾石充填完井筛管打捞成功率低的问题,开展了提高砾石充填完井筛管打捞成功率的质量攻关活动。通过组建质量攻关小组,运用质量攻关方法对影响完井筛管打捞成功率的10条末端因素进行逐项分析,确定了4条重要因素;对4条重要因素进行改进,制定并实施对策。结果表明,安全接头拔断力大、冲砂工具设计不合理、捞矛牙强度低、套铣筒尺寸不合理等导致了完井筛管打捞成功率低。通过本次质量攻关活动,将砾石充填完井筛管打捞成功率由原来的57.7%提高到81.6%,实现了提质增效的目的。In order to improve the success rate of screen pipe fishing in gravel pack completion,a quality research team was set up.By using the quality research method,10 end factors influencing the success rate of screen pipe fishing were analyzed item by item,and 4 important factors were determined.Four important factors were improved,and countermeasures were formulated and implemented.The results show that The high pull-out force of safety joint,unreasonable design of sand washing tool,low strength of spear teeth and unrea⁃sonable size of milling barrel lead to low success rate of fishing completion screen pipe.Through this quality research activity,the suc⁃cess rate of screen pipe fishing in gravel pack completion well was increased from 57.7%to 81.6%,achieving the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
