摘  要:通过分析渝浅8井站脱硫塔出口天然气硫化氢浓度与脱硫剂消耗量变化,评价了脱硫效果,探讨了影响脱硫效果的因素,并进行了工艺改进。脱硫塔装料不规范、加湿器装置未综合利用、脱硫塔未串联重复使用是影响脱硫效果的主要因素,提出相应的对策:①加装旁通装置,解决了启用加湿器需关井的问题;②串联、并联结合工艺充分消耗前塔硫容;③规范支撑垫的安装。改造工艺实施后日天然气处理量增加0.3×10^4 m^3,脱硫剂更换周期延长95%,节能技术措施效果明显。Based on the analysis of the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the natural gas at the outlet of desulfurizing tower of Yuqian 8 well station and the consumption of desulfurizer,it is considered that the desulfurizing effect is not ideal.The factors influencing the desulfurization effect are discussed,and the desulfurizing process is improved.The results show that the main factors that affect the desulfuration effect are the nonstandard loading of desulfuration tower,the non comprehensive utilization of humidification device and the non repeated use of desulfurizer in desulfuration tower.The following process improvement measures are put forward:adding bypass device to solve the problem of closing the well when using humidifier;fully consuming sulfur capacity of desulfurizer in front tower by combining series and parallel desulgurization towers;standardizing the installation of support pad.After the implementation of the improved process,the daily natural gas treatment capacity of the station will increase by 0.3×10^4 m^3/d,the desulfurizer replacement cycle will be extended by 95%,and the effect of energy-saving technical measures will be obvious.
