摘 要:尽管硬车加工有很多优点,但若硬车加工不当,将会损伤工件表面性能。以四列圆柱滚子轴承FCDP120164575/P5外圈为对象,研究硬车加工不当对套圈表面性能的影响。结果表明,硬车不当可使套圈表面性能发生变化,如表面硬度升高,残余奥氏体含量变化,拉应力增加,甚至会造成崩边及表面局部烧伤等质量问题,对产生这些问题的原因进行了深入分析,并提出了预防措施。Although hard turning has many advantages,the surface performances will be damaged during improper hard turning of workpiece.Taking the outer ring of four row cylindrical roller bearing FCDP120164575/P5 as an object,the influence of improper hard turning on surface performances of rings is studied.The results show that the improper hard turning changes surface performances of rings,such as increased surface hardness,changed residual austenite content and increased tensile stress,even causing chipping,local burns and other surface quality problems.The causes of these problems are analyzed in depth,and the preventive measures are put forward.
