摘 要:国内地下矿山传统的装药、爆破作业方式落后,装药效率、装药质量及爆破安全性难以满足矿山高质量发展的趋势。结合炸药现场混装技术在杏山铁矿的应用实例,详细介绍了BCJ-4(I)型混装车与配套基质地面站组成的地下矿用乳化炸药现场混装技术。现场应用证明,该项技术安全、高效,实现了地下矿用乳化基质的长距离输送,可满足垂直上向40 m深孔的自动装填与耦合装药,作业效率明显优于传统地下矿装药方式,并且劳动强度显著降低,爆破效果明显提高,该技术为地下矿山的深部高效开采提供了保障。The traditional charging and blasting methods are backward in the domestic underground mines.Charging efficiency,charging quality and blasting safety are difficult to meet the requirements of the high quality development of the mine.Combined with the practice of the application using the technology of site mixing and loading system for emulsion explosive in Xingshan underground mines,this paper introduces the mature technology which is composed of charging truck of the type BCJ-4(I)and supporting ground station for the underground mines.The field application shows that the technology is safe and efficient,realizes the long-distance transportation of emulsified matrix in underground mining,and can satisfy the automatic loading and coupling charging of the vertical upward 40 m deep hole.The operation efficiency is obviously better than the traditional underground charging mode,and the labor intensity is significantly reduced,and the blasting effect is significantly improved.This technology provides a guarantee for the efficient deep mining of underground mines.
