摘  要:锦州9-3油田的CO2分压值较大,约0.46 MPa,属于容易腐蚀的分压范围。储层温度>60℃,在严重局部腐蚀发生的温度范围,因此腐蚀发生的可能性较大。锦州油田在修井过程中,发现部分油井存在套管漏失、腐蚀穿孔等现象,增加了修井作业工作量,增大了修井难度.对于水泥没有返至井口的油井,容易造成海洋环境污染等一系列问题,有必要开展相关的攻关工作,把问题解决掉或减轻问题的严重性。The partial pressure of CO2 in Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield is high up to approx. 0.46 MPa which is regarded as a partial pressure range of corrosion. The reservoir temperature is over 60 ℃which is in the range of temperature resulting in severe local corrosion. During the workover process in Jinzhou Oilfield, some oil wells are found to appear casing loss, corrosion and perforation, etc.which might increase the workover workload and difficulty. For those oil wells wherein the cement does not return to the wellhead, it was easy to cause marine environmental pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out related research work to solve or relief the corrosion problems.
