摘 要:将1年生"早黑宝"葡萄裸根苗定植于控根容器中,通过测定3种不同基质栽培条件下葡萄植株的生物量、根系发育情况、光合作用指标以及叶片矿质元素、营养元素含量,对比3种基质对葡萄容器苗生长特性和光合作用的影响,以筛选葡萄容器栽培的最佳基质。结果表明:复配基质T1、市售基质T2与常规泥炭土基质T3相比,可以显著提高"早黑宝"葡萄的株高、地径、新梢长、新梢粗和地上部分干重等指标,且根系发育优良,叶片叶绿素含量高,光合效果好,淀粉和可溶性糖含量高,矿质元素含量丰富。说明复配基质T1可以显著促进"早黑宝"葡萄幼树的前期生长发育和光合作用,其效果优于市售基质和常规泥炭土基质,更适合葡萄生长。This study used 1-year-old"zaoheibao"grape bare root seedlings which were planted in a root control container as test materials.By measuring the biomass,root development,photosynthesis index,leaf mineral element and nutrient element content of grape plants under three different substrate cultivation conditions,the effects of three substrates on the growth characteristics and photosynthesis of grape container seedlings were compared,so as to select the best container cultivationmedium.The results showed that the plant height,ground diameter,new shoot length,new shoot diameter and dry weight of"zaoheibao"grape could be significantly improved by using special substrate T1,compared with the commercial substrate T2 and the conventional peat soil substrate T3.The root system was well developed,the chlorophyll content of leaves was high,the photosynthetic effect was good,the starch and soluble sugar content were high,and the mineral element content was rich.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the special substrate T1 could significantly promote the early growth and Photosynthesis of"zaoheibao"grape,which was better than the commercial substrate and the conventional peat soil substrate,and was more suitable for grape growth.
