摘  要:选用宁镇1号大豆子叶节作为外植体进行离体再生,研究外植体消毒时间、不同激素浓度对大豆子叶节再生的影响。结果表明:宁镇1号大豆用0.1%HgCl2消毒最适时间为12~16min,不定芽诱导最适的6-BA和TDZ浓度分别为2.0mg/L和0.1mg/L,最适的6-BA和TDZ组合浓度为6-BA 1.00mg/L和TDZ 0.05mg/L,最适合生根的IBA浓度为0.4mg/L。Ningzhen NO.1 soybean was used as explant for regeneration and the effect of different disinfection timeand different concentrations of hormone on the cotyledon node regeneration of soybean were studied. The resultsshowed that the most suitable time of disinfection by 0.1% HgCl2 is between 12 to 16 minutes, and the most suitableconcentration of 6-BA and TDZ for regenerating adventitious shoots is 2.0 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L, the concentration ofthe combination of the two is 6-BA 1 mg/L and TDZ 0.05 mg/L, and the best concentration of IBA for rooting is0.4 mg/L.
