摘　　要：非定点公立医院在新冠肺炎疫情期间承担着早诊断、早隔离、医务人员支援一线以及常规医疗救治等多重任务.疫情防控期间,其面临的医疗处置难点有:诊治区域分散,诊治流程需不断完善,早期核酸检测确诊时间长等.据此,提出实行分区管理,科学设置诊疗流程,提供多元服务,统筹人员物资调配,妥善解决医疗投诉,加强应急管理等措施,为提高非定点公立医院应对突发传染病疫情应急处置能力提供参考.During the outbreak of COVID-19,non-designated public hospitals undertook multiple tasks of early diagnosis,early isolation,medical staff supporting the front line and routine medical treatment.During the prevention and control of the epidemic,the difficulties in medical treatment included the scattered diagnosis and treatment areas,the process of diagnosis and treatment needing to be constantly improved,and the longtime diagnosis by early nucleic acid test,etc.Accordingly,it proposed to implement regional management,scientifically set up diagnosis and treatment procedures,provide diversified services,coordinate the deployment of personnel and supplies,properly solve medical complaints,and strengthen emergency management,which provided reference for improving the emergency handling capacity of non-designated public hospitals to deal with emergencies of infectious diseases.
