摘　　要：目的 探讨失效模式与效应分析在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的应用,加强医院应对突发公共卫生事件的前端控制.方法 成立医院应急管理专家组,梳理疫情防控关键环节,运用FMEA筛选出关键环节中的高风险因素,制定集束化管理方案.结果 2020年1月21日-3月3日共计接诊门急诊患者89 349人次,筛查发热患者5 099人次,其中有流行病学史1 171人次;筛查住院患者7 265人次,筛出流行病学史4人次.未发生医务人员感染及院内传染.结论 失效模式与效应分析作为医院风险管理的重要工具,可有效提高突发公共卫生事件的识别、危机干预及疫情防控能力.Objective To explore the application of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in epidemic prevention and controlof 2019 Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,and to strengthen the front-end control of hospitals in response to public health emergencies.Methods The expert group of hospital emergency management was set up,the key links of epidemic prevention and control were sorted out,the high-risk factors in the key links were screened by FMEA,and the cluster management scheme was developed.Results From January 21 to March 3,2020,a total of 89349 outpatient and emergency patients were received,5099 patients with fever were screened,and 1171 patients had an epidemiological history.7265 inpatients were screened,and 4 patients with epidemiological history were screened.No medical staff infection or nosocomial infection occurred.Conclusion As an important tool of hospital risk management,the FMEA can effectively improve the ability of public health emergency identification,crisis intervention and epidemic prevention and control.
