摘　　要：半芳香耐高温聚酰胺被广泛应用于LED支架材料,但耐紫外光老化性能差的缺点限制了其在大功率高端LED支架材料领域的推广。为进一步提高半芳香耐高温聚酰胺的耐紫外光老化性能,在聚对苯二甲酰癸二胺(PA10T)的基础上,以1,4–环己烷二甲酸取代对苯二甲酸,制备了含六元脂环的生物基聚酰胺PA10T/10C系列聚合物,红外和核磁碳谱检测结果表明成功制备了目标产物。热性能和力学性能测试结果表明,由于六元脂环对分子链规整性和刚性的双重作用,导致PA10T/10C系列聚合物的熔融和结晶温度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度等力学性能随着六元脂环含量高呈现出先下降后上升的趋势。光学性能分析结果表明,随着六元脂环含量提高,聚合物的透光率逐渐升高,由钛白粉填充改性后的聚合物具备优异的初始反射率,并且其紫外光老化后的反射率显著提高,特别适用于LED反射支架领域。Semi-aromatic high temperature polyamide is widely used in LED reflective materials,but the poor resistance to UV aging limits its promotion in the field of high-power LED reflective field.In order to improve the UV aging resistance of semiaromatic high temperature resistant polyamide,a series of bio-based six membered alicyclic polyamide PA10T/10C polymers based on PA10T were synthesized by replacing terephthalic acid with 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid.The results of infrared and nuclear magnetic carbon spectroscopy showed that the target products were successfully prepared.Thermal and mechanical properties test results show that due to the effect of six membered alicyclic unit on the regularity and rigidity of the molecular chain,the melting and crystallization temperatures,tensile and flexural strengths of PA10T/10C decrease at first and then increase with the increase of the amount of six membered alicyclic units.Optical performance analysis showe that the light transmittance of the polymers increases as the amount of the six-membered alicyclic ring increases.The modified polymers filled with titanium dioxide have excellent initial reflectance,and the reflectance after UV aging is significantly improved,making them especially suitable for LED reflective field.
