摘  要:以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基材,含硅树脂、不同MBS树脂为抗冲击改性剂,磺酸盐、抗滴落剂、溴化物为阻燃剂,研究了抗冲击改性剂和阻燃剂的协同配合对改善PC基激光直接成型(LDS)材料低温冲击强度和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,含硅树脂含量超过70%时,能明显改善PC材料的低温抗冲击性能,但材料成本高。MBS EXL2690含量超过4%后,能明显改善PC材料的低温抗冲击性能,但MBS EXL2690用量一旦超过2%,磺酸盐、含氟抗滴落剂、含硅树脂组成的复合阻燃体系就很难使PC材料达到V0级。含硅MBS S–1含量超过5%,将会明显改善PC材料的低温冲击强度。然而当含硅MBS S–1含量一旦超过3.3%,增加阻燃剂用量很难达到阻燃V0级。选用更高硅含量、更大粒径的MBS S–2,其低温抗冲击性能突变点在4.4%左右,在该用量下配合磺酸盐复合阻燃体系能达到V1级。并用0.32%~0.47%溴化物,最终获得–30℃低温冲击强度大于600 J/m和阻燃级别达V0级的PC基LDS材料。此外,对阻燃剂相互配合机理做了解释。With polycarbonate(PC)as the base material,silicone containing resin and different MBS as impact modifier,sulfonates,anti-dropping agent and bromide as flame retardant,the synergistic effects of impact modifier and flame retardant on the low temperature impact resistance and flame retardancy of PC based laser direct structuring(LDS)materials were studied.The results show that when the content of silicone containing resin exceeds 70%,the impact resistance of PC at low temperature can be improved obviously,but the cost of materials is high.When the content of MBS EXL2690 exceeds 4%,the low temperature impact resistance of PC can be improved obviously.However,once the amount of the MBS EXL2690 exceeds 2%,the composite flame-retardant system composed of sulfonates,anti-dropping agent and silicone containing resin can hardly make PC materials reach V0 grade.When the content of silicon-containing MBS S–1 exceeds 5%,the impact at low temperature will be significantly improved.But when the content of MBS S–1 exceeds 3.3%,it is difficult for PC to reach V0 no matter increasing the amount of flame retardant.MBS S–2 has high silicon content and large particle size.When its content is about 4.4%,the impact strength of PC material at low temperature changes obviously.Under this amount,combining with the composite flame-retardant system,flame retardant reaches V1 grade.Finally,adding bromide with 0.32%–0.47%,PC material with comprehensive properties of–30℃low temperature impact strength greater than 600 J/m and V0 grade flame retardant was obtained.The mechanism of flame-retardant interaction is explained.
