摘 要:在丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中加入聚氨酯弹性体和硅油,通过熔融共混制备了具有抑制粘滑现象的降噪改性ABS(ABS–LS),利用万能试验机、摩擦系数测试仪、内耗仪、摩擦噪声测试仪和显微镜对比了普通ABS和ABS–LS在物理性能、动静摩擦系数、内耗因子、摩擦噪声、震动以及粘滑倾向方面的差异。结果表明,相比普通ABS,ABS–LS韧性明显提高,简支梁缺口冲击强度提高22%;动、静摩擦系数差值明显降低,粘滑倾向得到抑制;内耗因子提高了33%,材料在形变回复过程中可以将更多的机械能转变为内能,减弱震动。随着载荷和摩擦速度提高,粘滑位移加大,ABS材料的粘滑现象越明显;在相同的载荷和摩擦速度下,普通ABS的粘滑现象较为明显,且摩擦噪音值较高;而ABS–LS未出现明显粘滑现象,摩擦噪音响度值和震动加速度改善幅度最高达到90%以上,具有优异的抗摩擦粘滑异响作用。By adding polyurethane elastomer and silicone oil into ABS,the noise-reducing modified ABS(ABS–LS)with restrain stick-slip was prepared through melt blending method.The ordinary ABS and modified ABS–LS in physical performance,dynamic and static friction coefficient,damping property,friction noise,and stick-slip tendency were characterized by universal testing machine,friction coefficient tester,internal friction tester,friction noise tester and microscope.The results show that ABS–LS has the outstanding performance,such as the toughness is obviously improved,and the notched impact strength is increased by 22%;the difference between dynamic and static friction coefficients decreases obviously,and the stick-slip tendency is inhibited;the internal friction factor is increased by 33%,proves that ABS–LS can convert more mechanical energy into internal energy during the deformation recovery process so that reducing the vibration.The higher the load and friction velocity are,the greater the stickslip displacement and the more obvious the stick-slip phenomenon will be.Under the same load and friction velocity,the stick-slip phenomenon of ordinary ABS is more obvious,and the friction noise value is higher.However,no obvious stick-slip phenomenon appears in ABS–LS,and the friction noise loudness and vibration acceleration are reduced by more than 90%,which has excellent anti-stick-slip effect.
