摘 要:尝试使用γ–氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚在液相中对石墨纳米片进行改性修饰,表征证实修饰后的石墨纳米片表面化学接枝了上述改性剂,且其片层厚度得以变薄,整体结构接近于石墨烯。经过接枝改性的石墨纳米片在密炼机中以190℃与聚丙烯(PP)共混5 min时,增强PP效果最佳。在使用滑石粉增强PP的基础上,额外添加0.3份的接枝改性石墨纳米片可以使材料性能显著提高,其中弯曲强度及模量增加15%,拉伸强度增加6%,热变形温度增加4%。为实现材料的轻量化,可以在使用接枝改性石墨纳米片的情况下,降低滑石粉用量,实验表明,当接枝改性石墨纳米片用量为0.3份时,滑石粉用量由23份降低至15份,材料的弯曲强度及模量能保持基本不变,此时材料密度能够下降5%左右。γ–aminopropyl triethoxysilane and lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether were used together for modifying nano graphite sheet in the liquid phase.As shown in characterization,γ–aminopropyl triethoxysilane and lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether were chemically grafted on the surface of nano graphite sheet,and the thickness of the graphite sheet was thinned,leading to the overall structure of nano graphite sheet close to that of graphene.By using internal mixer,190℃and 5 minutes were the best parameters combination for preparing polypropylene/nano graphite sheet composites.In talc reinforced polypropylene composite,adding 0.3%modified nano graphite sheet could significantly improve the properties,in which the bending strength and modulus increased by 15%,the tensile strength increased by 6%,and the thermal deformation temperature increased by 4%.In order to realize the lightweight of the material,the amount of talc could be reduced under the condition of using the modified nano graphite sheet.When the amount of modified nano graphite sheet was 0.3%,the amount of talc powder could be reduced from 23 phr to 15 phr,the bending strength and modulus of the composite could be kept,and the density of the material could be reduced by about 5%.
