摘  要:以过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油脂(GMA)和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)组成协同增容体系,通过动态硫化法制备了废旧轮胎胶粉(GTR)/高密度聚乙烯(PE–HD)热塑性弹性体。研究了PE-g-MAH添加量一定时,GMA用量对GTR/PE–HD热塑性弹性体力学性能、结晶性能和微观形貌等方面的影响。结果显示,添加0.5份GMA,10份PE-g-MAH时,制备的GTR/PE–HD热塑性弹性体综合力学性能最佳,其中拉伸强度为12.82 MPa,断裂伸长率为341.61%,撕裂强度为78.08 kN/m。傅立叶变换红外光谱测试结果表明,GMA上的环氧基团与GTR表面的羧基能发生反应生成酯基。扫描电子显微镜微观形貌表征结果表明,改性后试样断面更加不规整,发生了明显的塑性变形,在两相界面处出现“拉丝”现象。差示扫描量热分析结果表明,随GMA用量增加,熔融温度和结晶温度基本不变,熔融焓和结晶度逐渐降低。Ground tire rubber(GTR)/high density polyethylene(PE–HD)thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by dynamic vulcanization with DCP as initiator,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)and PE-g-MAH as synergistic compatibilizing system.The effect of the content of GMA on the mechanical properties,crystallinity and micro morphology of GTR/PE–HD thermoplastic elastomer with a certain amount of PE-g-MAH was studied.The results showed that when 0.5 phr GMA and 10 phr PE-g-MAH were added,the comprehensive mechanical properties of GTR/PE–HD thermoplastic elastomer were the best,including tensile strength of 12.82 MPa,elongation at break of 341.61%,tear strength of 78.08 kN/m.FTIR test showed that the epoxy group on GMA could react with the carboxyl group on GTR surface to form ester group.The microscopic morphology of GTR/PE–HD thermoplastic elastomer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The cross-section of the modified sample was more irregular,and there was obvious plastic deformation and“drawing”phenomenon appeared at the interface of two phases.The crystallinity of GTR/PE–HD thermoplastic elastomer was studied by DSC.With the increase of GMA content,the melting temperature and crystallization temperature were remained unchanged,and the melting enthalpy and crystallinity decreased gradually.
