摘　　要：文章针对土地招拍挂制度对房地产市场的影响,从积极方面与消极方面展开辩证分析。在积极方面,着眼于土地出让、土地价格、土地资源配置、房地产行业整合四方面进行探究;在消极方面,从土地价格、土地投机、地方政府这三方面展开研究,以期能够为我国房地产行业的健康发展提供参考性建议。This paper analyzes the impact of land bidding,auction and listing system on real estate market from positive and negative aspects.On the positive side,it focuses on four aspects of land transfer,price,resource allocation and real estate industry integration;on the negative side,it studies from land price,land speculation and local government,in order to provide reference suggestions for the healthy development of Chinese real estate industry.
