摘  要:为解决潘集选煤厂投产以来介耗偏高的问题,该厂进行了介质库抓斗称重计量装置、输送机机头分料翻板闭环控制系统、产品分料箱调量装置、精煤磁选机入料分配桶增加稀释水管的改造以及脱介筛筛网筛板改造,并完善了介质验收管理制度。通过以上改进,介耗下降到0.6 kg/t以内,提高了系统稳定性。In order to solve the problem of high media consumption since the Panji coal preparation plant was put into operation,the plant has implemented transformation in media grab weighing and metering device,conveyor head splitting and turning plate closed-loop control system,product separating box and adjusting device,and clean coal magnetic separator's feed distribution barrel,dilution water pipe and the de-medium screen sieve plate,and the media acceptance management system has been improved.The media consumption dropped to less than 0.6 kg/t,which improved the system stability.
