摘  要:以山西某煤焦公司下属的采用跳汰主再选+煤泥浮选工艺的选煤厂为例,采用煤泥水浓缩旋流器配套螺旋分选机对煤泥水系统进行技术改造,粗精煤泥灰分降至9.5%以下,精煤产率提高0.5%~1.5%,成功解决了选煤厂粗精煤泥灰分过高导致跳汰主洗“背灰”的问题,提高了精煤回收率。Taking a coal preparation plant affiliated to a coal coke company in Shanxi that adopts jigging as main re-selection+slime flotation process as an example,by using a slime water thickening cyclone,the technical transformation and upgrading of the slime water system with the supporting spiral separator has reduced the ash content of the coarse and ash in refined coal reduced to below 9.5%,and increased the yield of clean coal by approximately 0.5%to 1.5%,successfully solving the problem of excessively high ash content in the coarse and refined coal.
