摘 要:螺旋锥齿轮的磨削加工是一个复杂的过程,对单颗磨粒磨削工件的过程进行仿真研究对研究螺旋锥齿轮复杂的磨削过程具有重要意义。利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立单颗磨粒磨削加工螺旋锥齿轮的二维正交仿真模型,根据Johnson-Cook力-热耦合数学本构模型建立45钢在一维应力状态下的本构方程,对单颗磨粒磨削过程进行仿真,分析磨屑的形成过程以及对工件表面质量的影响,得到工件在磨削过程中的等效塑性应变云图、应力云图与温度图;探究磨削过程中不同磨削速度、磨削深度参数对等效应力的影响,结果表明,磨削深度是影响螺旋锥齿轮磨削表面质量的重要因素;定性分析了磨削后工件表面的残余应力,为螺旋锥齿轮磨削表面质量的研究提供了理论依据。The grinding process of spiral bevel gear is complicated,so it is great significant to simulate and study the process of grinding workpiece with single grain for studying the complicated grinding process of spiral bevel gear.A two-dimensional orthogonal simulation model of single abrasive grain grinding spiral bevel gear is established by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and the constitutive equation of 45 steel under one-dimensional stress is established according to the Johnson-Cook thermo-mechanical coupling mathematical constitutive model.It simulates the grinding process of single abrasive grain,analyzes the forming process of grinding chip and the influence on the surface quality of workpiece,and obtains the equivalent plastic strain cloud diagram,stress cloud diagram and temperature diagram.It explores the effects of different grinding speed and grinding depth parameters on equivalent force,results show that the grinding depth is an important factor affecting the grinding surface quality of spiral bevel gears,and the residual stress on the surface of the workpiece after grinding is analyzed qualitatively,which provides a theoretical basis for the research on the grinding surface quality of spiral bevel gears.
