摘 要:为了研究不同分流比及入口速度对内锥式水力旋流器分离性能的影响,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent进行数值模拟,对比了不同分流比及入口速度条件下内锥式水力旋流器的切向速度、轴向速度、压力损失以及分离效率等。研究结果显示:逐渐增大分流比后,旋流器的综合效率先增大后减小,当分流比调节到20%时,内锥式水力旋流器的分离效果最好、综合效率达到最大。逐渐增大入口速度后,旋流器的分离效率呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当速度为11.1 m/s时,旋流器的分离效率最大,表明分离效果最好。In order to study the effect of different split ratios and inlet velocities on the separation performance of inner-cone hydrocyclone,it uses computational fluid dynamics(CFD)Fluent software for numerical simulation,compares and analyzes the tangential velocity,axial velocity,pressure loss and separation efficiency of the inner-cone hydrocyclone under different split ratios and inlet velocities.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of hydrocyclone increases first and then decreases when the split ratio is gradually increased.When the split ratio is adjusted to 20%,the separation efficiency of the inner-cone hydrocyclone is the best and the comprehensive efficiency reaches the maximum.The separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone increases first and then decreases after increasing the inlet velocity.When the velocity is 11.1 m/s,the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone is the largest,which indicates that the separation effect is the best.
