摘 要:对民机数字化装配现场生产计划优化进行研究,结合企业已有的生产现场管控系统采集影响装配生产效率的关键因素信息,将多个目标进行归一化处理,构建多目标民机装配生产调度模型;针对民机数字化装配现场管控的实际情况对遗传算法进行改进,并在其中加入退火过程,设计出改进的遗传与模拟退火的混合算法,对多目标民机装配生产调度模型进行优化计算,并以某民机装配企业为例,进行仿真与求解。This paper studies optimization of production plan for digital assembly of civil aircraft.It combines the existing production management and control system to collect the information of the key factors affecting the assembly production efficiency,and constructs the multi-objective production scheduling model of civil aircraft assembly by normalizing the multiple targets.According to the actual situation of digital assembly field management and control of civil aircraft,the genetic algorithm is improved with annealing process.It designs the hybrid algorithm of improved genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the production scheduling model of multi-objective civil aircraft assembly,and a civil aircraft assembly enterprise is taken as an example for simulation and solution.
