摘  要:为了解决麦类作物苗期田间病害鉴定易受外部环境影响的问题,本研究设计了一种新型室内智能麦类作物苗期病害鉴定棚。该鉴定棚通过微电脑自动控制光照、温度、湿度等气候条件,接种病原菌后作物发病充分,鉴定结果准确、可靠、重现性好,且装置坚固耐用,适于推广。In order to solved the problem that the evaluation of triticeae crops seedling diseases was easily affected by the external environment in the field.An indoor intelligent triticeae crops seedling diseases identification shed was designed.The shed automatically controled the lighting,the temperature,the humidity and the other conditions through microcomputer,and the crops are fully diseased after inoculation of pathogenic bacteria.The evaluation results were accurate,reliable and reproducible,and the device was rugged and durable,suitable for promotion.
