摘 要:钢桥面铺装病害往往出现早、发展快,为了延缓病害发生、延长使用寿命,开发了基于水性环氧改性乳化沥青的抗滑精细表处技术对钢桥面铺装实施预防性封水养护。本文在介绍该技术特点的基础上,对其材料及混合料性能进行了评价,并通过具体工程案例对施工工艺及注意事项作了介绍。从检测结果及应用效果可以看出,抗滑精细表处技术综合性能优良,对桥面的封水养护效果显著,可有效改善桥面使用质量,提高桥面铺装的耐久性。Steel bridge deck pavement diseases often appear early and develop fast. In order to delay the occurrence of diseases and extend the service life, anti-slip fine surface treatment technology, which is based on waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt, is developed to implement preventive sealing and curing for steel bridge deck pavement. This article introduces characteristics of the technology, evaluates the performance of its materials and mixtures, and presents the construction process and matters need attention by specific engineering case. It can be seen from the test results and application effects that the anti-slip fine surface treatment technology has excellent comprehensive performance and significant sealing and curing effect on the bridge deck, which can effectively improve the quality of the bridge deck and its durability.
