摘 要:当前,生产企业对有胎防水卷材生产线的自动化改进升级大多集中在后端的打卷、插纸管、码垛等设备上,而对开卷设备这一生产线上首个设备的质量、精度、自动化水平不是很重视。其实,开卷设备的好坏,关系到胎布的张力、跑偏等,会直接影响整体生产线的高速稳定运行。本文介绍了一种新型自对中无轴开卷设备,其相对于目前常用的开卷设备在自动化水平、张力控制、胎布跑偏等方面都有了很大进步。At present, most of the automation improvement and upgrading of waterproofing membrane with reinforcement are focused on the winding, paper tube insertion, stacking and other equipment at the back end, while the quality, accuracy and automation level of unwinding equipment, the first equipment in the production line, are not very important. In fact, the quality of uncoiling equipment, related to the tension of the tire cloth, deviation, will directly affect the overall high-speed and stable operation of the production line. This paper introduces a new type of self-aligning uncoiling equipment without shaft,which has made great progress in automation level, tension control, tire cloth deviation and other aspects compared with the commonly used uncoiling equipment.
