摘 要:本文对绿洲1号(Arundo donax cv.Lv zhou.No.1)繁殖特性和营养成分进行了初步的分析,以期更好地在西藏利用该菌草资源。结果表明:绿洲1号植株不同部位发芽率和发芽势存在差异,粗茎和细茎发芽率均表现出下部>中部>上部,且差异性显著(P<0.05),粗茎下部和细茎下部发芽率分别达到94.29%和100%。绿洲1号植株各个部位中细茎下部萌发指数和活力指数最高,细茎下部芽的萌发指数和活力指数分别到达8.85、21.06。绿洲1号繁殖体出芽和出根时间上不同步,首次出芽记录时间和首次出根时间相差18d。通过对不同高度绿洲1号营养成分分析,植株高度1 m时粗蛋白含量最高达15.56%,随着高度的增加粗蛋白含量呈现逐渐降低趋势,当植株高度达到4 m时,粗蛋白含量仅有9.63%,显著低于其它高度。随着高度的增加绿洲1号粗脂肪含量逐渐上升,植株高度4 m时粗脂肪含量最高达到7.65%,表明不同高度刈割对绿洲1号营养成分的影响显著。In this paper,the reproductive characteristics and nutritional components of Arundo donax cv.LV Zhou.No.1 in different growth height were preliminarily analyzed in order to make better use of the resources of this fungus in Tibet.The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of different parts of Arundo donax cv.LV Zhou.No.1 plant were different.The germination rate of thick stem and thin stem showed lower part>middle part>upper part,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The germination rate of lower part of thick stem and thin stem reached 94.29%and 100%respectively.The germination index and vigor index of the lower part of the stem were the highest in all parts of the plant,and the germination index and vigor index of the lower part of the stem reached 8.85 and 21.06 respectively.The time of sprouting and rooting was not synchronous,and the difference between the first sprouting record time and the first rooting time was 18 days.Through analyzing nutrients in different heights of Arundo donax cv.LV Zhou.No.1,the protein content of plant height 1 m was up to 15.56%,with the increase of height of the crude protein content showing a trend of gradually reduction.When the plants reached 4 m height,the crude protein content was only 9.63%,which was lower than other height significantly.With the increase of height,the crude fat content was gradually rising,and the crude fat content reached 7.65%as plant growed to 4 m high,which showed that the different mowing period caused the remarkable nutrients effect.
