广西适栽灵芝品种的筛选试验

摘　　要：通过对15种来源不同的灵芝菌株进行母种和原种、出芝试验,对相关生物学指标和灵芝三萜含量进行相关评价,并得出以下结论:南韩灵芝芝盖厚而大、菌柄长、长芝整齐、芝型好、生物转化率高、栽培周期短,可作为以整株灵芝子实体销售为目的栽培优选菌株;信州灵芝的芝小而朵多,芝盖厚、结构密实、边缘整齐、菌柄长、菌盖和菌柄结构分明,长芝整齐、芝型好、生长周期短,可作灵芝盆景栽培的优选菌株;大红灵芝gy栽培周期最短39天,生物转化率为55.8%,故可作为以灵芝子实体的粗加工保健品和提取灵芝有效成分为目的栽培优选菌株;美国灵芝在母种和菌袋的培养基上的生长速度均是所有品种中最快的,仅次于大红灵芝gy,故美国灵芝可作为灵芝菌丝深层发酵的优选菌株。以上的菌株可作为广西灵芝产业发展所选菌株的参考。In this study,the transition,stock culture,bags,managements for growth and checkout for the triterpene of fifteen different ganoderma lucidum bacterial strains were tested and compared.The results indicated that firstly,the ganoderma lucidum in South Korea could be cultivated in entity selling because the cover was thick and large,the stipe was long,the outline was trim and neat,the biological efficiency was in high ratio,and the cycle was short.Secondly,the ganoderma lucidum in Shinshu could be made in potted landscape because this variety was pretty but bas many branches,the cover was also thick,the stipe was long,the tidy structure was dense with distinction between the cover and stipe,the outline was in order and attractive,and the cycle was short.Thirdly,the red ganoderma lucidum gy could be roughly proceed for health products in entity and be extracted its effective component on account of its highest triterpene contents,the shortest thirty-nine-day cycle,and the fiftyfive point eight percent conversion ratio.Finally,the ganoderma lucidum in US had a fastest speed in growing stock culture and bag’s culture medium.In the meantime,its triterpene contents was one point one zero three percent,which ranks only second to the red ganoderma lucidum.So the ganoderma lucidum in US would be the optimization strain to submerged fermentation.The above strains could be a reference for the development of ganoderma industry in Guangxi.
