摘　　要：目的研究城市交通安全,探索公交司机安全行驶的因素。方法通过实地考察对长沙市公交司机进行结构性谈话及问卷调查,采集了长沙市公交车司机的身心健康现状及其对安全行驶期望的数据,结合SPSS对问卷数据进行因子分析及比较分析。结果公交车安全行驶影响因素体系包括安全行为维度、心理生理状况维度和周围环境影响维度;驾驶员性别、年龄、从业时长、每日工作时长、文化程度和行驶不同线路为安全行驶的重要影响因素。结论从重视驾驶员身心状况、强化安全教育、加强车辆维修检查、保障危险线路行车方面提出的安全管理对策,为提高道路交通安全提供科学依据和研究思路。Objective To study urban traffic safety and explore the factors that ensure the safe driving of bus drivers.Methods Structural interview and questionnaire survey are conducted on 384 bus drivers in Changsha City through fieldwork,and the physical and mental health status of the bus drivers in Changsha City and the data on the expectations of safe driving are collected.The SPSS is used to carry out factor analysis and multiple comparison analysis of the questionnaire data.Results Factors for safe driving of buses include safe behavior,psychological and physiological conditions,the influence of the surrounding environment.And gender,age,length of employment,daily working hours,education level,different routes are the important influencing factors for safe driving.Conclusion The safety management countermeasures proposed from the aspects of attaching importance to the physical and mental condition of the drivers,strengthening safety education,strengthening vehicle maintenance and inspection,and ensuring driving on dangerous routes provide scientific basis and research ideas for improving road traffic safety.
