国际文凭大学预科课程在英国的发展及其问题

摘　　要：国际文凭大学预科课程(IBDP)在全球不同国家得到广泛认可并取得快速发展。但近十年中,IBDP却在英国遭遇严重下滑,阻碍其发展的制约因素包括资金、英国社会的保守倾向、IBDP本身的高要求及其稳定的评估标准,以及它对学生心理健康产生不良影响的可能性。尽管如此,IBDP未来仍可能成为英国高等院校入学资格的重要替代性选择。International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) has acquired well recognition and developed rapidly worldwide.However,in the recent decade,the world has witnessed a substantial decline of IBDP in the UK.The obstructive factors include financial fund,the conservative tendency of the British society,the high demand of IBDP,the stable evaluating criteria of IBDP,and the possibility of leading negative effects to students’ mental health.Nevertheless,IBDP can still become a significant alternative for higher education admission in the UK in the future.
