摘 要:为掌握养殖实训场常见病原菌的分布情况,采用传统的细菌分离、鉴定及动物致病性试验等方法,对养殖实训场空气、水和土壤进行调查和检测。结果分离出14种细菌共61株,其中革兰氏阴性菌26株,占42.62%(26/61),革兰氏阳性菌35株,占57.38%(35/61);有22株菌有致病性,39株没有致病性。表明养殖场环境中的细菌种类多样,且存在大量致病菌,养殖实训场要注意做好细菌性疾病的防治工作。In order to master the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria in the breeding training farm,the air, water and soil in the breeding training farm were investigated and detected by the traditional methods of bacterial isolation, identification and animal pathogenicity test. Results a total of 61 strains of 14 bacteria were isolated, including 26 strains of gram-negative bacteria(42.62%, 26/61) and 35 strains of grampositive bacteria(57.38%, 35/61). There were 22 pathogenic strains and 39 non-pathogenic strains. The results showed that the bacteria species in the farm environment were diverse and there were a large number of pathogenic bacteria, so we should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases.
