摘  要:在风电场配置电池储能是一种提升风电电能质量与促进风电消纳的有效手段。本文建立了并网型风储联合发电站工程化电磁仿真模型;提出了风储联合发电站在平滑风电功率波动与跟踪调度计划出力2个运行目标下的有功出力控制策略;分别通过模拟实际风速波动与给定调度计划指令,对风储联合发电站在2个运行目标下的有功出力进行了分钟级仿真验证。结果表明:通过搭建风储联合发电站工程化电磁仿真模型,可以根据自然资源条件,在工程规划与设计阶段快速评估风储容量配置及其运行效果,指导大型风储联合发电工程建设。Battery energy storage system(BESS)is an effective mean to improve the quality of wind power and promote the consumption of wind power.In this paper,the engineering electromagnetic transient simulation model of grid-connected wind-BESS hybrid power plant was established.The control strategy of wind-BESS hybrid power plant with two major objectives of stabilizing the fluctuation of wind power and tracking the dispatch center planned output was proposed.The real-time active power output simulation of wind-BESS hybrid power plant was verified at minutes level.The results show that,capacity configuration and operation effect of the wind-BESS hybrid power plant can be quickly evaluated in the project planning and design stage by establishing large-scale wind-BESS hybrid power plant electromagnetic simulation model,which can consider the specific natural resource conditions of wind power project location.
