摘　　要：高校信息化过程中引入各类IT资产,通过建设IT资产管理系统协调IT资产投入和运维成本。但目前大多高校使用的IT资产管理系统仅是对IT资产的简单记录,缺少对IT资产的全生命周期管理,并且各部门独立运行的状态导致数据孤岛现象。文中基于SaaS模式提出定位于校级层面,能同时为高校各部门服务的IT资产管理系统。该系统通过接入高校统一身份认证消除数据孤岛现象,其功能全面且运维成本较低,能够实现对IT资产的全生命周期管理,满足高校信息化工作需求。In the process of university information construction,various types of IT assets are introduced,the operation and maintenance costs of which are coordinated through the construction of IT assets management system.However,the current IT assets management systems adopted by most universities are only simple records,and lack the full life cycle management of IT assets.Besides,the independent work of various departments leads to data island.Based on the SaaS model,this paper proposed an IT assets management system which is positioned at the university level and can simultaneously serve various departments of universities.The system eliminates data island by accessing the university’s unified identity authentication,which has comprehensive functions and low maintenance costs,can realize the full life cycle management of IT assets,and meet the needs of university informatization work.
