摘 要:针对重冰区铁塔的建模优化问题,文中提出了一种基于满应力分析的重冰区铁塔建模优化方法。该方法利用道亨铁塔满应力分析软件,通过选择所需要的每段铁塔的分割形式以及指定相关控制参数,实现对重冰区铁塔的建模。同时采用Smart Tower软件进行铁塔结构的校验与监测,保证铁塔结构的稳定性。仿真计算利用ABAQUS软件计算选定工况的理论应变值,仿真结果说明,所设计的铁塔完全符合技术要求。而真型试验表明,铁塔整体强度能够满足规范和工程要求,与仿真结果具有良好的一致性。因此,该方法为重冰区铁塔结构设计优化提供了重要的借鉴和参考。Aiming at the problem of modeling and optimization of iron tower in heavy ice area,this paper presents a method of modeling and optimization of iron tower in heavy ice area based on full stress analysis.In this method,the full stress analysis software of Daoheng Tower is used to model the tower in heavy ice area by choosing the required partition form of each section of the tower and specifying the relevant control parameters.At the same time,Smart Tower software is used to verify and monitor the tower structure to ensure the stability of the tower structure.The theoretical strain values of selected working conditions are calculated by ABAQUS software.The simulation results show that the designed tower fully meets the technical requirements.At the same time,the actual test shows that the overall strength of the tower can meet the specifications and engineering requirements,and has good consistency with the simulation results.This method provides an important reference for structural design optimization of iron tower in heavy ice area.
