摘  要:基于实现一种高性能光电检测系统性能指标的优化,提高系统测量信号准确性的目的。从分析发射系统和接收系统对接精度的问题出发,采用对接问题建模的方法,对比分析光电检测系统出现放大倍数、传输效率偏低的原因;利用Proteus电路设计软件,设计由光强采集电路、电压采样电路、A/D转换电路、单片机控制模块、电机控制模块、液晶实时显示模块等部分组成的控制系统,用于控制接收系统的偏转角;利用Keil程序设计软件对控制系统的控制程序进行编译;通过控制系统与光电检测系统的联调,得出安装控制系统的光电检测系统的放大倍数测量精度较以往提高了近3.23%,系统的传输效率较以往提高了7.25%的结论。Based on the purpose of optimizing the performance index of a high performance photoelectric detection system and improving the accuracy of the measurement signal of the system.Based on the analysis of the docking accuracy of the transmitting system and the receiving system,the reasons for the magnification and low transmission efficiency of the photoelectric detection system are compared and analyzed by using the method of docking problem modeling.Using proteus circuit design software,a control system composed of light intensity acquisition circuit,voltage sampling circuit,a/d conversion circuit,single chip microcomputer control module,motor control module,liquid crystal real time display module is designed to control the deflection angle of the receiving system,and the control program of the control system is compiled by keil programming software.Through the joint adjustment of the control system and the photoelectric detection system,it is concluded that the magnification measurement accuracy of the photoelectric detection system installed with the control system is nearly 3.23%higher than that of the past,and the transmission efficiency of the system is 7.25%higher than that of the previous one.
