摘　　要：为克服果蔬类农产品手工包装速度慢、包装品种单一、自动化程度不高等问题,提升枕式包装的自动化水平。分析枕式包装机机械结构与包装流程,提出以三菱L02S PLC和LD77MS4运动模块为核心的控制系统,并介绍了枕式自动包装机控制方案,说明控制系统主要硬件。在控制系统硬件基础上,根据包装流程开发相应的PLC控制系统与触摸屏控制界面。该控制系统结构简单、操作方便、可扩展性强,运动模块可方便地实现三轴同步控制,满足控制系统要求。控制系统具有较高的可靠性和可维护性,枕式包装机能够自动、高效、智能地运行。The work aims to overcome the problems of slow manual packaging of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,single packaging varieties,and low automation,the automation level of pillow packaging is improved.Analyze the mechanical structure and packaging process of the pillow type packaging machine,propose a control system with Mitsubishi L02S PLC and LD77MS4 motion module as the core,and discuss the control scheme of the pillow type automatic packaging machine,and explain the main hardware.Based on the control system hardware,the corresponding PLC control system and touch screen control interface are developed according to the packaging process.The control system has a simple structure,convenient operation,and strong expandability.The motion module can easily realize three-axis synchronous control,which meets the requirements of the control system.
