摘　　要：[目的/意义]以社科情报工作的历史沿革与发展现状为出发点,深入探索新时代我国社科情报工作的沿革与发展,旨在推动我国社科情报研究向智慧化、智能化方向发展。[方法/过程]以信息链为视角,确立社科情报研究的根本使命与历史方位,指出当前社科情报事业面临研究视角转变、研究范式转变、研究方法转变及研究技术转变的四大挑战。[结果/结论]提出大数据及技术双重驱动下社科情报学研究的三大创新举措,以期在社科情报研究中形成具有中国特色的人文社会科学学术体系和话语体系。[Purpose/significance]Based on the historical evolution and development status of social sciences information work,this paper explores the evolution and development of social sciences information work in China at present,aiming to promote the development of social sciences information research in China to the direction of intelligence and intelligence.[Method/process]From the perspective of information chain,establish the basic mission and historical position of social sciences information research.At the beginning,the current social sciences information industry is facing four challenges:the change of research perspective,the change of research paradigm,the change of research methods and the change of research technology.[Result/conclusion]Three innovative measures of social sciences information research driven by big data and technology were put forward,in order to form the academic system and discourse system of humanities and social sciences with Chinese characteristics in social sciences information research.
