摘  要:本文基于球面波展开的近远场变换理论,提出了一种可用于模拟球面近场测量系统不确定度的算法。分析了能够对球面近场天线测量系统显著影响的9项误差来源——探头方向性、探头极化率、探头增益、探头对准、待测天线对准、采样间隔、测量区域截断、探头定位、暗室散射等。并且,以典型波导缝隙天线为例,分析了上述典型误差条件下的方向图影响,得到了不同误差源的误差电平与测量不确定度分量。上述分析表明:影响系统测量不确定度的主要误差因素是探头增益误差、探头匹配误差、待测天线对准误差、采样间隔误差、探头定位误差。In this paper,based on the spherical near-far field transformation theory,an algorithm for simulating the uncertainty of spherical near-field measurement system is proposed.Then,nine major error sources are investigated,which can significantly affect the spherical near-field antenna measurement results,such as:directionality,probe polarizability,probe gain,probe alignment,antenna alignment,sampling interval,measurement area truncation,probe positioning,darkroom scattering,etc.In addition,a typical waveguide slot antenna is selected to verify the influence of the pattern under the above typical error conditions,and the error level and measurement uncertainty component of different error sources are obtained.The result shows that the main error factors affecting the system measurement uncertainty are probe gain error,probe matching error,antenna alignment error,sampling interval error,and probe positioning error.
