摘　　要：为了提高燃煤电厂前级电场除尘器的除尘效率,满足不同工况的需求,引入基于PLC控制的变频电源,应用于高压静电除尘器的供电控制系统。通过对变频电源主电路和PLC控制电路进行软硬件设计,经过应用测试,证实空载运行时U-I伏安特性良好,通入烟气粉尘后输出的一次电流纹波小,二次电压峰值降低,且闪络时电流冲击小,因而具有良好的提效节能效果。For Increasing efficiency of the pre-stage electric field dust collector in coal-fired power plant and meet the requirements of various working condition,a variable frequency power supply based on PLC is introduced into the power supply system of high voltage electrostatic precipitator.The main circuit of the variable frequency power supply and control circuit of the high voltage electrostatic precipitator is designed.After the applicative testing,its is proved to have good U-I voltammetric characteristics at no-load operation,low primary current ripple of its output after smoke dust is blew in,lower peak value of secondary voltage,and low current shock thus it can have good performance of efficiency enhancing and energy-saving.
