摘　　要：Landsteiner-Wiener血型抗原(LW抗原)是兰德斯泰纳(Karl Landsteiner)和威尔(Wiener)在1940年研究新生儿溶血病时发现的抗原,当时被命名为RH抗原(恒河猴抗原),后来发现这个抗原并不是引起HDNF的抗原,又改名为LW抗原。1994年国际输血协会(ISBT)正式确认LW抗原为系统抗原,系统编号为016。本文就LW抗原在近年来国内外的一些研究报道,做一简要综述。Lw antigen was discovered by Landsteiner when he studied neonatal hemolytic disease.Later,it was confirmed that Lw antigen had nothing to do with neonatal hemolytic disease.This paper reviewed the recent researches reported on Lw antigen in gene,exon sequence,coding translation product sequence,immunological function of antigen,relationship with clinical epidemic disease,antigen reaction pattern and antibody characteristics at home and abroad,and gave a brief introduction.Lw antigen is closely related to transfusion medicine and human immune mechanism.
