陆氏导气针法与身痛逐瘀汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比陆氏导气针法与身痛逐瘀汤治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法124例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组62例。两组在采用高压氧治疗的基础上,治疗组予以陆氏导气针法治疗,对照组予以口服身痛逐瘀汤治疗,治疗后对两组患者颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(evaluation scale for cervicalvertigo,ESCV)和疗效进行比较。结果两组治疗后ESCV与同组治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组为82.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论陆氏导气针法联合高压氧治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可以明显改善患者症状,疗效优于身痛逐瘀汤治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lu’s qi-conducting acupuncture versus Shentongzhuyu decoction for cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.Method One hundred and twenty-four patients with cervical spondylotic arteriopathy were allocated,using a random number table,to treatment and control groups,62 cases in each group.The treatment group received Lu’s qi-conducting acupuncture and the control group,oral administration of Shentongzhuyu decoction,in addition to hyperbaric oxygen therapy in both groups.The Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo(ESCV)scores and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Result There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the ESCV score in the two groups(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 91.9%in the treatment group and 82.3%in the control group with a significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Lu’s qi-conducting acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy can markedly relieve the symptoms in patients with cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.Its therapeutic effect is better than that of Shentongzhuyu decoction.
