摘  要:超声弹性成像(UE)是一种能够反映生物组织力学特性的成像技术,具有方便、客观、无创的特点。应用UE技术对组织自身的弹性特性进行成像,能够获得组织内部的弹性分布定量信息,得到组织间硬度的差别,准确提示病变性质。近年来,UE技术在超声医学不同领域中迅速发展,在儿童睾丸疾病中也逐渐开展,可显示和量化睾丸、附睾组织的相对软硬度,为儿童睾丸部分疾病的诊断及远期治疗提供了新的方法,弥补了传统二维超声、彩色多普勒超声不能提供组织弹性的不足。Ultrasound elastography(UE)is an imaging technique that can reflect the mechanical properties of biological tissues,which is convenient,objective and noninvasive.By imaging the elastic properties of tissue itself,quantitative information of elastic distribution within tissue and the difference of hardness between tissues can be obtained,which can more accurately indicate the nature of lesions.In recent years,UE technology has developed rapidly in different fields of ultrasound medicine,and has also been applied in testicular diseases in children.It displays and quantifies the hardness of testis and epididymis,providing new methods to the diagnosis of some testicular diseases in children and long-term treatment,which can make up for the deficiency that traditional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound cannot provide tissue elasticity.
