摘 要:旨在揭示吸附砂浆含量对RAC抗氯离子渗透性能的影响规律,并确定吸附砂浆界限含量。选取5种不同吸附砂浆含量的再生粗骨料和1种天然粗骨料作为对照组,将其制备成6组混凝土,利用快速氯离子迁移系数法测出各自氯离子渗透系数。试验结果发现:随着再生粗骨料吸附砂浆含量增加,再生混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能降低;当混凝土设计使用年限为50年,氯化物环境等级分别为D和E时,吸附砂浆界限含量分别为48.2%和41.3%;当混凝土设计使用年限为100年,氯化物环境等级分别为D和E时,其吸附砂浆界限含量分别为43.2%和37.1%。The purpose of this experiment is to reveal the influence of adsorbed mortar content on chloride penetration resistance of RAC and determine the limit content of adsorbed mortar.It used 5 kinds of recycled coarse aggregate with different adsorption mortar contents and 1 kind of natural coarse aggregate as reference to make 6 groups of concrete.It used RCM method to measure their chloride ion permeability coefficient.The results show that with the increase of adsorption mortar content of recycled coarse aggregate,the compressive strength and chloride penetration resistance of RAC decrease.When the designed service life of concrete is 50 years and the chloride environmental grade is D and E,the limit content of adsorption mortar is 48.2% and 41.3%,respectively.When the designed service life of concrete is 100 years and the chloride environmental grade is D and E,the limit content of adsorbed mortar is 43.2% and 37.1%,respectively.
