摘  要:以青岛欢乐滨海城项目的栅栏板构件所用C40F350混凝土为例,研究了青岛本地机制砂替代部分或全部河砂后对海工高性能混凝土强度、毛细吸水及盐冻性能的影响。结果表明混合砂和机制砂混凝土强度比河砂混凝土略低;混合砂(河砂∶机制砂)比例为4∶6时,由于级配不连续,毛细吸水量较高;机制砂替代量对掺加引气剂的混凝土抗盐冻性能影响不大;4组混凝土抗盐冻等级均大于400次,预测其安全受用寿命大于96年,满足栅栏板设计使用寿命年限。Taking the C40F350 concrete used in the fence member of Qingdao Joy Coastal City Project as an example,the effects of local manufactured sand of Qingdao on the strength,capillary water absorption and salt freezing performance of marine high performance concrete after replacing some or all of the river sand were studied.The results show that the strength of mixed sand and mechanical sand concrete is slightly lower than that of river sand concrete.When the ratio of mixed sand(river sand:mechanism sand)is 4∶6,due to the gradation discontinuity,the capillary water absorption is higher.The substitution amount of manufactured sand has little effect on the anti-salt performance of concrete with air entraining agent.The anti-salt level of concrete of 4 groups is more than 400 times,and its safety service life is predicted to be more than 96 years,which meets the service life of fence board design.
