摘 要:目前世界上90%多氧化铝是采用拜耳法生产的,该方法产生的赤泥碱性较高但活性较低,资源化利用非常困难。利用高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥和石油焦脱硫石膏渣激发拜耳法赤泥,制备高贝利特水泥-赤泥基地聚合物。通过正交试验方法,合理设计配合比,得到赤泥与水泥比例为3∶1,石油焦渣掺量为40%时,28 d抗压强度达到25 MPa以上。通过XRF、XRD、SEM等微观观测手段对水化反应产物进行分析,发现该胶凝体系的主要水化产物是水化硫铝酸钙和硅酸盐凝胶,水化产物结构致密,是强度的重要来源。研究结果表明高贝利特水泥和石油焦脱硫石膏渣对拜耳法赤泥有较好的活化作用,能够促进水泥-赤泥体系的强度增长。将为探索拜耳法赤泥的资源化再生研究提供有益参考。At present,more than 90% of alumina is produced by the Bayer process in the world.The red mud produced by this method has higher alkalinity but lower activity,and resource utilization is very difficult.High belite cement-red mud base geopolymer was prepared by using high belite sulphoaluminate cement and petroleum coke desulfurization gypsum slag to stimulate Bayer red mud.Through the orthogonal experimental method,the mixing ratio is reasonably designed,and the ratio of red mud to cement is 3 ∶1.When the content of petroleum coke is 40%,the compressive strength of 28 d is above 25 MPa.The hydration reaction products were analyzed by microscopic observation methods such as XRF,XRD,SEM.It was found that the main hydration products of the gelation system were hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate and silicate gel.The structure of the hydration product was dense and important for strength source.The results show that high belite cement and petroleum coke desulfurization gypsum slag have a good activation effect on Bayer red mud,which can promote the strength growth of cement-red mud system.The study will provide a useful reference for exploring the resource regeneration research of Bayer process red mud.
