摘 要:多药耐药相关蛋白1(multidrug resistance-associated protein 1,MRP1)是ATP结合盒转运蛋白超家族的ABCC亚家族成员,在人体内分布广泛,转运底物众多,具有重要的生理学、病理学和药理学功能。除与肿瘤及抗肿瘤药物耐药、炎症性和免疫性疾病、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病等密切相关外,近年来MRP1在感染性疾病中的作用也日益受到关注。该文就MRP1的结构、功能和调控及其与病原体感染和耐药相关性的研究进展作一综述。MRP1(multidrug resistance-associated protein 1)is a member of the ABCC subfamily of the ATP-binding box transporter protein superfamily.It is widely distributed in the human body with a large number of transport substrates,and has important physiological,pathological and pharmacological functions.In addition to the close correlation with tumor and anti-tumor drug resistance,inflammatory and immune diseases,cardiovascular diseases,and neurological diseases,the role of MRP1 in infectious diseases has been increasingly concerned in recent years.This review will summarize the research progresses in the structure,function and regulation of MRP1 and its correlation with pathogenic infection and drug resistance.
