摘　　要：目的了解自愿咨询检测(Voluntary Counseling&Testing,VCT)门诊就诊的男男性行为(men who have sex with men,MSM)人群艾滋病性病相关知识知晓情况及获取方式,为有针对性地开展MSM人群宣教及行为干预提供依据。方法对2016年12月~2018年5月前来河南省疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊就诊的MSM人群。结果调查对象共计335名,其中15~40岁组占78.21%,最近一次使用安全套者占31.34%,艾滋病性病传播知识全部回答正确者占22.38%,72.21%的调查对象通过网络获取艾滋病性病相关知识。年龄、文化程度、职业、最近一次安全套使用情况对MSM人群的艾滋病性病知识知晓程度差异均有统计学意义(分别为χ^2=1052.73,P<0.01;χ^2=1005.00,P<0.01;χ^2=1675.00,P<0.01;χ^2=330.00,P<0.01)。结论加强对MSM人群艾滋病性病知识的宣传教育以及行为干预,加大覆盖面和针对性,以遏制艾滋病性病的流行和传播。Objective To investigate the situation of VCT on AIDS and STD knowledge and the way to get the knowledge among MSM population,to provide evidences for targeted education and behavior intervention among MSM population.Methods VAT data of MSM population admitted to Center for Disease Control and Prevention of He’nan Province were collected from December,2016 to May,2018.Results Totally 335 people were investigated,of whichpeople aged 15 to 40 years old accounted for 78.21%.Those who used condom for the last time accounted for 31.34%.People who answered correctly for all knowledge of AIDS and STD transmission accounted for 22.38%and 72.21%of the respondents acquired knowledge about AIDS and STD by the Internet.There were significant difference in the knowledge of AIDS and STD among MSM population by age,degree of education and occupation(χ^2=1052.73,P<0.01;χ^2=1005.00,P<0.01;χ^2=1675.00,P<0.01;χ^2=330.00,P<0.01).Conclusion We should strengthen the publicity and education of STD/AIDS knowledge and behavioral intervention among MSM population,and increase the coverage and pertinence of the publicity and education to curb the prevalence and spread of AIDS and STD.
