摘　　要：为降低经血传播HIV的风险,给安全用血提供有效措施,本文就我国无偿献血人群HIV感染状况、目前的HIV检测方法,以及确认策略和存在问题作一一综述。In order to reduce the risk of HIV transmission through blood transfusion and to provide effective measures for safe use of blood,this paper reviews the HIV infection status,current HIV testing methods,identification strategies and existing problems of non-remunerative blood donors in China.
