摘　　要：目的了解蝙蝠蛾被毛孢菌丝粉的亚急性毒性。方法将经过检疫适应后的SD大鼠按亚急性毒性分为3个剂量组[0.83 g/(kg·BW)、1.67 g/(kg·BW)、3.30 g/(kg·BW)]及阴性对照组(基础饲料)。试验期间每周称重并计算进食量,连续给药30天后采血作血细胞计数、分类及血液生化指标检测,处死并解剖动物取肝、肾、脾、睾丸称重计算脏体比,并对肝、肾、脾、胃肠、睾丸、卵巢作组织病理学检查。结果各剂量组动物体重(F=0.5,2.2)及体重增重(F=0.6,2.3)、进食量(F=0.6,0.1)、食物利用率(F=0.4,1.6)与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。部分试验组血红蛋白(F=2.0)、嗜碱性粒细胞(F=4.8)、中性粒细胞(F=0.7)、淋巴细胞(F=0.5)、单核细胞(F=0.1)、谷草转氨酶(F=0.6)、尿素(F=1.3)、肌酐(F=0.6)、总胆固醇(F=2.6)、血糖(F=13.2,24.9)与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但均在实验室历史对照值范围内,故认为无生物学意义。结论根据试验结果,提示蝙蝠蛾被毛孢菌丝粉对大鼠是安全的,对机体无潜在的亚急性毒性作用。Objective To understand the subacute toxicity of mycelium powder of Hirsutella Hepiali Chen et Shen.Methods SD rats after quarantine were divided into three dose groups[0.83 g/(kg·BW),1.67 g/(kg·BW),3.30 g/(kg·BW)]and negative control group(basic food)according to the subacute toxicity.During the period of experiment,the rats’weight and their food intake were calculated every week.After 30 days of continuous administration,rats’blood was collected for blood cell count,classification and blood biochemical index detection.Then they were dissected so as to weigh the liver,kidney,spleen and testis and calculate the ratio of viscera to body.And the liver,kidney,spleen,gastrointestinal tract,testis and ovary were used for pathological examination.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between each dose group and control group in animals’weight(F=0.5,2.2),weight gain(F=0.6,2.3),food intake(F=0.6,0.1),food utilization(F=0.4,1.6).There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between partial experiment groups and control group in hemoglobin(F=2.0),basophil(F=4.8),neutrophil(F=0.7),lymphocyte(F=0.5),monocyte(F=0.1),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(F=0.6),urea(F=1.3),creatinine(F=0.6),total cholesterol(F=2.6)and blood sugar(F=13.2,24.9).But they were all in the range of the historical controls.Therefore,there was no biological significance.Conclusion According to the results of the test,the mycelium powder of Hirsutella Hepiali Chen et Shen was safe to rats,and it has no potential subacute toxicity to organism.
