摘  要:目的探讨矽尘作业工人血清不同细胞因子和多肽表达的改变。方法分别选取健康体检者和矽尘作业工人作为对照组和接尘组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清松弛素H2、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和γ-干扰素(INF-γ)水平。结果在男性中,与对照组相比,接尘组血清TGFβ1含量增加、IL-4含量减少,差异均有统计学意义(t=-2.747,P=0.009;t=4.062,P=0.000),松弛素H2、IL-2和INF-γ含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在女性中,与对照组相比,接尘组血清松弛素H2、TGFβ1、IL-2、IL-4和INF-γ含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清TGFβ1和IL-4表达水平对于男性接尘作业工人早期免疫损伤的分析有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the expression of different cytokines and polypeptide in the serum of the workers exposed to silica dust.Methods The healthy peope and the workers exposed to silica dust were selected as the control group and the exposure group,respectively.Then the expressions of relaxin H2,transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFβ1),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-gamma(INF-γ)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results In males,compared with those in control group,the expression level of TGFβ1 in exposure group was significantly increased and the level of IL-4 was significantly decreased.There were statistically significant differences.(t=-2.747,P=0.009,t=4.062,P=0.000).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of relaxin H2,IL-2 and INF-γbetween the two groups(P>0.05).In females,there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of relaxin H2,TGFβ1,IL-2,IL-4 and INF-γbetween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of TGFβ1 and IL-4 in the serum plays an important role in the analysis of the early immune injures in the male workers exposed to silica dust.
