摘  要:目的了解绵阳市土源性线虫感染现状,评价防治效果,预测流行趋势,为制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法在绵阳市的东、西、南、北方向上各选择一个县为调查点,每个县按照东、西、南、北、中方向选择5个村,每个村收集3周岁以上常住居民200人的粪便,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz)作蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫等寄生虫卵检测,对3~12周岁儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。结果共调查4041人,其中200人感染一种或一种以上寄生虫,总体感染率4.95%(200/4041)。钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫和蛲虫的感染率分别为3.84%(155/4041)、0.89%(36/4041)、0.15%(6/4041)和0.86%(3/350),各虫种之间感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=196.08,P<0.05);男、女感染率分别为4.23%和5.44%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.16,P>0.05);50岁以上年龄组和文化程度低者土源性线虫感染率较高。农民感染率最高,达6.20%。结论绵阳市土源性线虫感染率呈下降趋势,农民和文化程度低者的感染率较高,应采取有效措施降低这些人群的感染率。Objective To learn about the infection status of soil-transmitted nematodes in Mianyang City,evaluate the control efficiency and predict the epidemic trend so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies.Methods Four counties were selected respectively as monitoring points from east,west,south and north of Mianyang.And in each county,five villages were chosen from the east,west,south,north and center of the county to carry out the monitoring works.The feces of 200 residents above 3 years old were selected as survey samples.Then Kato-Katz was adopted to conduct 2 tests on one sample to check the eggs of soil-transmitted nematodes.A test called cellophane tape method was added to check the eggs of pinworm in children aged from 3 to 12.Results Totally 4041 residents were investigated,and 200 of them were infected with one or more kinds of parasites.The total infection rate in human was 4.95%(200/4041),and the infection rates of roundworm,hookworm,whipworm and pinworm were 0.89%(36/4041),3.84%(155/4041),0.15%(6/4041)and 0.86%(3/350),respectively.There were statistically significant differences in infection rate among the worms(χ^2=196.08,P<0.05).The infection rate of men and women were 4.23%and 5.44%,respectively.And the difference made no statistical significance(χ^2=3.16,P>0.05).The infection rate was higher among people over 50 years old and with low education level.The highest infection rate(6.20%)was found in farmers.Conclusion The infection rate of soil-transmitted nematodes was decreasing in Mianyang.Farmers and individuals with low education level had a higher rate of infection.Effective measures should be taken to reduce infection rate in these people.
