摘　　要：目的了解广州市生活饮用水中氟化物含量,为评价其对居民生命健康产生的潜在风险提供科学依据。方法2008-2018年对广州市9间水厂的水源水和出厂水进行采集检测,每季度一次。检测项目为氟化物,采样、检测和评价过程严格依照国家标准实施。结果2008-2018年共检测678份水样,水源水和出厂水各339份。水源水和出厂水中氟化物含量的均值分别为0.312 mg/L和0.300 mg/L,水源水和出厂水氟化物合格率分别为99.1%和100.0%。随着2011年广州市西江引水工程建设的投入使用,水源水和出厂水中氟化物均呈下降趋势。各水厂水源水和出厂水中氟化物含量之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广州市市政供水氟化物含量合格率较高。广州市自来水厂现有的水处理工艺对当下水源水中氟化物水平无明显的去除效果。Objective To assess the fluoride content in drinking water in Guangzhou,and to provide a scientific basis for evaluating its potential risks to the life and health of residents.Methods Samples of source water and finished water of 9 water works were collected and tested for fluoride once a quarter from 2008 to 2018.And sampling,laboratory testing and assessment were strictly carried out according to the national standards.Results Totally 678 samples were detected in 2008-2018,with 339 samples of source water and finished water each.The mean values of fluoride content of source water and finished water were 0.312 mg/L and 0.300 mg/L,respectively.And the qualified rate of fluoride in source water and finished water were 91.1%and 100.0%,respectively.With the construction of the Xijiang Water Diversion Project in Guangzhou in 2011,the fluoride in both source water and finished water had a downward trend.There were no statistically significant differences in fluoride content between source water and finished water(P>0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of fluoride content in Guangzhou municipal water supply is high.And the current water treatment process of the Guangzhou water works has no obvious removal effect on the fluoride in the current source water.
